AGA E Direct Natural Gas Heaters / propane fired Suspended Gas Heaters

Advantages of Natural Gas Heaters:

  • Good heat distribution.
  • Easy access for cleaning.
  • Clean burner because of fresh air connection.
  • Can be mounted as Suspended Gas Heaters

Natural Gas Heaters Characteristics:

  • Full humidity and dust proof control panel containing all electronic components.
  • AGA 45 E/75 E/111 E, use as both Propane Heaters and Natural Gas Heaters.
  • With fresh air intake to the burner.
  • Burner with electronic ignition, ionisation protection and thermostat connection.
  • Room ventilation is required, even for models with separate fresh air intake to the burner.
  • CE-GASTEC-GOST approved.
  • AGA 100 series available in 3 models:
(all models can be used horizontally and vertically, blowing either upwards or downwards as Suspended Gas Heaters)

    AGA 100:
without fresh air intake to the burner.
    AGA 102:

with fresh air intake to the burner and modulating burner.
Please note: For AGA models the following pressure at the heater is required:
    AGA 100 : minimum 25 millibar, maximum 100 millibar
    AGA 102 : minimum 25 millibar, maximum 50 millibar
If the gas supply pressure is higher than the maximum a pressure regulator is required (accessory).

    AGA 111:

with fresh air intake to the burner, suitable as both propane Heaters and Natural Gas Heaters.
Please note: Before ordering please specify gas type.

Can be used as Suspended Gas Heaters, Natural Gas Heaters

Applications

Agriculture

  • heating of poultry houses
  • Drying of agricultural products.

Horticulture

  • Heating of greenhouses and polytunnels (N.B. Control CO emission).

Special application

  • Model AGA 102 E are Natural Gas Heaters which, in conjunction with a modulating control unit, ensures that the burner capacity can be continuously altered to the heat requirement at any moment. With this system the heating of areas or drying of products at fluctuating outside ambient temperatures is considerably improved. Equally important is that with this model the air supply to the burner is simultaneously automatically adjusted to the burner capacity.

Operating Principle Modulating AGA 102 E

The heater contains a modulating gas valve in addition to a modulating air intake motor which varies the supply to the burner. A separate modulating control unit, remote from the heater, measures via a temperature probe the room temperature or the product. If the measured value does not correspond with the pre-set desired value, the modulating control system will be activated. It opens or closes the motorised gas valve to increase or decrease the heat required automatically. The pre-set and actual temperatures are digitally indicated. Several heaters can be connected to one modulating control unit, the module requires 0-10 Volt.
