SPECIFICATION

Application: An oil fired heater that can be suspended or wall bracket mounted and ideal for garages, workshops, warehouse, greenhouses and commercial premises where floor space may be at a premium.

ECA Approved: All oil unit heaters are designed with fuel efficiency in mind and meet the efficiency requirements of current CE legislation. Additionally specific models within the range have been rated to meet the Government's energy efficiency criteria for inclusion into the Enhanced Capital Allowance scheme.

Construction: The casing is robotically formed from electro zinc coated steel sheet and finished with a durable stove enamelled epoxy polyester powder paint, whilst the combustion chamber/heat exchanger is formed and welded from 304/316 stainless and grade 43A steel.

Burner: High efficiency pressure jet suitable for operation on Class D 35 second light fuel oil or kerosene and
complete with flame monitoring safety controls.

Controls: Heaters are supplied ready for automatic operation using optional low-level control consoles. The basic control system includes a digital time switch, mechanical day temperature and frost protection thermostats. Alternatively, heaters may be specified with a fully optimised control, which includes a secure entry code facility, temperature dependent start time, digital time switch with override facility, electronic day and frost protection thermostats. All controls have the facility of ‘fan only' operation for summer air movement.

Air Distribution: Via a quiet, yet powerful axial fan, gently discharging through a series of adjustable horizontal louvres directly into the area to be heated. Alternatively a centrifugal fan and spigot outlet can be provided for ductwork systems.

Testing: Every heater is individually inspected, test fired and safety function tested prior to despatch.

Guarantee: Thermobile heaters are provided with one of the most comprehensive guarantee packages available;
Year 1 - Parts & Labour, Year 2 - Parts, Year 3 - Combustion chamber heat exchanger warranty.
